  Monitors PBX performance

Ensure your PBXs are performing well through detailed and summary information of availability and activity, including SIP responses and active and attempted inbound and outbound calls. Diagnostic information is available in real time or historically for troubleshooting and capacity planning.

Details of status, performance and configuration information for a wide selection of PBX attached devices update in real time, enabling rapid troubleshooting and visual confirmation of any system changes. Multiple levels of granular detail are available by simply clicking the hyperlinks.

   PBX and Voice Quality Reports

Prognosis processes and calculates voice quality in real-time and organizes it into reports with details and trends for telephony KPIs like voice quality, call completions, trunk status and processor occupancy. Reports are automatically generated daily and weekly per PBX vendor; offering a preview feature as well as the ability to select the reporting period.
