By submitting an entry you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. The competition is open to all PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor users with the following exceptions; Integrated Research employees and their families, Avaya employees and their families, and employees from Avaya resellers licensed to sell PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor.
2. The prizes are three 32GB WiFi Apple iPads. If an Apple iPad is inappropriate for your country, a substitute prize of equal value will be supplied. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
3. Submitting your entry authorizes Integrated Research and our business partners to use your name and user stories for marketing purposes.
4. You must supply your full name, company and verifiable contact details to enter. Entries using pseudonyms or "netnames" will not be accepted unless a full name is later supplied.
5. Entries become the property of Integrated Research Ltd and by submitting them the writer approves their unlimited use.
6. Contest closes midnight July 31, 2010, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
7. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be announced and the winning entries published on VoiceQuality.com on or before August 31, 2010.
8. This is a competition, not a game of chance. Entries will be judged on various factors, including humor, technical acumen, business fit and suitability for publication.
