Not monitoring the Boards of Avaya PBX 2 Years, 3 Months ago  
I have down loaded latest License key from Prognosis site, as you said the license is for Phones only not for other devices. But present free license is not monitoring the other devices. But earlier it was monitoring without any problem.

The entitlement license does monitor the device status and will alert you on it. To view the deep drill down device details other than phones, please contact your Avaya reseller in your region. You can find a list of resellers at voicequality.com/how-to-buy . If a reseller in your region is not listed, please use the Contact Us link at the top of this page and a PROGNOSIS representative will get in touch with you.
