Selective monitoring of Phones 2 Years, 3 Months ago  
As we have got limited licenses, is there any way to monitor only the selective region or selective Phones of Avaya Pbx having more that 2000 Phones. If not is it possible to implement it in our Next release.

You can leverage a Avaya's network region configuration to do this. Instead of configuring PROGNOSIS as a RTCP destination for the "entire" PBX, configure PROGNOSIS as a RTCP destination for one or more specific network regions.
