When I status our AVAYA 8730 it shows 1 TN2602AP Med-Pro down. In Communication Manager ther are no alarms in this circuit pack and it is processing calls so I am not sure what this mean in Prognosis. Does anyone have any suggetions on how th resolve this issue in Prognosis?
