Hi

I'm new to the forum and just though I would introduce myself.

I am an infrastructure Analyst at a UK retailer. We currently use Avaya CM 3.1.5 with Call Master V's and AIR 2.0

We are currently going through the process of upgrading our Avaya Estate to VOIP. We are trialing some VOIP handsets (9620' & 9650's). When we eventually upgrade we are entitled to the free 250 licenses for VOIP Monitor therefore we are also trialling VOIP Monitor.

Earlier this morning I configured the ACD and set up the VOIP Monitor. We are now going to the trial the product. First impressions are that it appears good, if a bit slow to render via the web browser.
