Chris,

All the services are up but I still can't see the call history under the Finished Streams

Hi Arcady,

Can you check if the databases are running? Go to the Avaya PBX display, then click on the link on the top right, Configuration. Then 'Troubleshoot Prognosis'. Check the active databases are as per the attached. If not can you please upload a screenshot of you page?
