With Entitlement version with Avaya CM. Can prognosis VoIP Monitor send alert thru email?

There is only one email address allowed in VoIP Monitor. Our Enterprise level product, IP Telephony Manager is fully customizable and allow alerts to be customized and sent to multiple locations through multiple mediums.

For VoIP Monitor, I suggest you create a email distribution list in your email system and add that address to the configuration for VoIP Monitor, then you can use you mail administration tools to determine the recipients.
