I am currently having problems with my installation of PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor. I already completed the prerequisites and installation procedures but when I try to run the application, is indicated that one of the services (PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor) is not running. When I try to manually run the application in services.msc, a pop-up window appears saying "The PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor service on Local Computer started and stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.". When I look at the log files, I get this entry:
