I tried to download and install the R2.1 update file. But when I run the downloaded z953v003-win.exe file, I get a message that it is "...not a valid Win32 application."

Help please.

You may want to clear you cache on IE or whatever browser you are using. It sounds like the application did not download fully. If you company proxy server is caching it you may want to ask IT to download or wait a day till the cache clears.

The exe should be 11.4MB (11,697 KB on the disk as shown in Windows Explorer).
