License Expiring 1 Year, 9 Months ago  
Prognosis keeps shutting down with an alert that the license has expired, even though our license is set to EXPIRES none

The licence will expire if:
1. you have exceeded the 30day trial licence
2. you have purchased more stations from Avaya and you have exceeded your station count on PROGNOSIS. You either can monitor 250 stations, or the whole PBX. You cannot monitor a subset of the PBX.
