Cannot get past first screen 1 Year, 8 Months ago

I can successfully log into Progonsis and I can see the first page that is displayed. I can see my PBX and SAT connection. It shows me my alarms, phones and trunk counts. I cannot click on anything else though. If I click on my PBX, Config, Reports links, the browser switches pages and starts to load, but gets stuck and all that I see is a white page. The only thing that I can do is End Task on my IE session to stop it.
I am using the 250 free license and I did not configure the CDR section of the install guide. Is that my problem or am I missing something else? Any help would be appreciated to evaluate this software.

Jennifer,
What version of IE are you using?
What exact steps are you doing? Are you clicking on the reports link at the top (next to online and logout)? OR are you clicking on the Wroksheets link?

Well, I was using IE 8, but I tried IE7 just now and it worked fine. I can't believe that I didn't think of that.
One other question, can I tell where I am at for usage with my license level (250 free license key)? I believe that digital and analog are at a different ratio. How do I know if the 250 will be enough?

You can see from the Phones screen the number of IP, digital and analog. The licence counts are:
1 = 1 IP Phone
1 = 4 Digital
1 = 10 Analog
