Avaya Trunk Reports 1 Year, 9 Months ago  
Hello all,

We used to get to data on trunk usage with call data from the reporting server, but we are no longer getting this. We tried setting up a new collection for Trunk Usage, but it does not seem to be collecting anything.

All of our trunks are in the meas-selection form on the PABX, but still no luck. Can anyone please assit us with this???

Can you please clarify the IR software you are using? It sounds like you are using IP Telephony Manager rather than Voice Monitor.
