CUCM85 shows "unknown group/CUCM85" 4 Months, 1 Week ago  
Hi ,

I have cisco cluster cucm85 monitored by Prognosis 9.6.1 with patch 16 .
I have added the cisco online cluster and can see the cluster been populated in the IPT welcome screen.

Problem :- When i try to check for Phones , Gateways or any other alerts it gives the pop-up of
"unknown group/CUCM85"

Please let me know how to fix this.
