Hello !! I have successfully established and adjusted Prognosis. It works correctly. But I cannot find, where I can see collected cdr data???

Hi,

VoIPMon will collect CDR data to build its records from. The RAW CDR is not accessible from the VoIPMon product. That would require the use of a buffer box of some sort.
