Issue with the Finished Voice Streams 2 Years, 6 Months ago  
A problem with Prognosis and the Finished Voice Streams link.

I am running Avaya CM 3.1.4 and Prognosis 9.5.3 in the 60 day trial version. If I click on the Finished Voice Streams link in the Avaya voice streams page, I get a blank page with no streams showing the heading All PBXs- no filter.

Is that intentional on the trial version? If not is there a way to fix it?

There is an issue with Java version sometimes, so to over come this when you are on the finished voice stream page...
CLICK on the left arrow button (To start from the begining) a couple of times and you will see the data.. If it does not work and you would like a screen shot or just futher assistance please let me know.

Yep... doing that brings the data up.

So is there a preferred Java version that might address this, or is it all versions?
