I found a section (main/Voicequality/Finished) for searching in stored data. Two issues:
- I found no track in Userguide on how to search for a record in database
- I am not able to full navigate in stored data: only one hour window is available even if in different days and the yellow arrows (that may be the the tool in order to shift backwad or forvard) do not works

could you give some tips in order to use Product functionality?

In the Finished call display, you will see 1 hour snap shots over various intervals. There is a link at the top right corner which says Search which can used for finding calls for any extension or board.
