Can the tool monitor SIP telephones 2 Years ago  
I only see the SIP Telephones via IP address and not the extention.

Are the SIP telephones you are trying to monitor SES only stations or are they Media Service extensions (i.e. configured on CM also)?

They are configured on the SES and as extentions on the CM.

SIP phones are not officially supported, however PROGNOSIS can receive the RTCP packets from SIP phones. The phones in SIP mode do not have any data on CM - it is all on SES/PPM, so we cannot get access to that information. You can only monitor voice quality.

We are investigating SIP Session Manager support in the near future.
