During the initial setup of Prognosis it asks which type of phone system it should connect to, which category would a G700 running Avaya CM 5.x fall into? I chose PBX but I don't seem to be getting CDR detail after following teh setup instructions in the manual. Does this report CDR Data on port 50000? Does it take a while for the CDR Data to show up?

Should I choose another option other than "unformatted" for the CDR Format? Would this system send in mm-dd or dd-mm format?

It would fall under PBX.

Prognosis VoIP Monitor uses port 50000 by default to receive CDR Data. This port can be changed to what has been configured on the PBX. Please refer to pages 22-26 of the Installation manual to follow the steps to Configure CDR monitoring. After correct configuration, the CDR Data should show up immediately.

Re CDR format to be configured in Prognosis VoIP Monitor is based on the configuration in the PBX. Pages 22-26 details these steps.
