  3. Can I use PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor in conjunction with Avaya VMM?
    No. PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor consumes the same data stream used by Avaya VMM and as such, they cannot be used simultaneously. Top
  4. What if I am already an Avaya VMM user?
    Avaya has advised VMM users to consider upgrading to PROGNOSIS prior to May 2010 as no updates or patches will be provided for VMM after this date. Top
  5. What happens if I don't upgrade?
    Avaya has issued an End of Support Notification for Avaya VMM commencing May 2010. If by this date you have not upgraded to PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor, VMM will no longer be supported by Avaya. Top
  6. How many phones can I monitor with PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor?
    Every Avaya customer can use PROGNOSIS to monitor up to 250 Avaya IP phones. If you have more than 250 phones, it monitors the first 250 phones as shown by the ‘list station’ command. You cannot selectively choose which phones to monitor. Top
  7. What if I want to monitor more than 250 phones?
    PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor will allow you to monitor up to 1,000 phones for a 60-day trial period after which time additional licenses must be purchased. Top

    PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor licenses are available for purchase from certified resellers. Top
  9. Is PROGNOSIS compliant tested?
