This free perpetual license enables voice quality monitoring which is ideal for smaller organizations, organizations that would like to gain insight into voice quality and new deployments of Microsoft Lync. The issue of any Prognosis VoIP Monitor license is at the sole discretion of Integrated Research.
To ensure you received your free license, please check all details are valid and correct. You must use a corporate email address, license will not be issued to cloud based email solutions such as Google Gmail, Yahoo mail and Hotmail.
