The license key you are requesting is necessary for you to enable use of the software you are licensing from Integrated Research. Please read the following carefully before you accept and retrieve your license key.
Integrated Research grants a license to use its software only pursuant standard End User License Agreement (“EULA”). You must accept these terms to install and use the software.
The license key you are about to request sets the following parameters, which are the extent and limit of your license from Integrated Research:

The license key will be released to your custody and control. You are permitted to use the key solely to obtain use of software licensed from Integrated Research, within the limits of that license. You will keep the license key confidential, not provide it to any other party or allow any other party access to the key. You accept full responsibility for any use or misuse of the software key, such as, but not limited to, use to exceed the license parameters purchased from Integrated Research.
