| Every month we ask the PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor community for product feedback. This first round of results shows that the majority of PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor users are satisfied with the product and would recommend it to their friends or colleagues. As part of satisfaction measurement, customers were asked to rate their experience with PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor in terms of ease of download, installation, configuration and usability. The results for download and installation proved to be similar, with over 60% of respondents rating their experience as ‘very good’, and 25% - as ‘good’. None rated their experience as ‘bad’. Configuration was rated as ‘very good’ by nearly half of the respondents, 38% said it was ‘good’, and 12% - ‘neither bad nor good’. Usability was rated slightly lower than other parameters: the majority said it was ‘good’ (48%), 34% rated it as ‘very good’, and 10% as ‘neither bad nor good’. Only one respondent rated their experience with configuration and usability as ‘bad’ The survey revealed that some product features provided less user satisfaction than others. Historical reports received the lowest score, with 12% of customers not being satisfied with the feature. ‘Voice quality information’ and ‘PBX information’ were ranked the highest, with 88% and 85% of respondents respectively being satisfied/very satisfied. ‘Device information’ was rated by 77% of respondents as satisfactory/very satisfactory, and ‘device worksheets’ – by 57%. Respondents were also asked about the features they would like to see in PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor. Customizable longer-term historical reporting and better alarming capabilities were the most commonly recommended features. We appreciate user feedback and are planning to improve some of the PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor functionality as well as product support. We recognize that historical reporting is important to our customers. While the PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager product provides full flexibility with the reports that can be obtained, we are looking to extend the suite of PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor ‘out of the box’ reports. Quick access to support is essential for our customers, so we will be continuously seeking feedback on how we can improve in this area as well as improving the reach and responsiveness of the Voicequality.com forum for support issues, product Q&A, and tips and tricks.
