PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor now monitoring over 1 million phones after just 9 months

We're pleased to announce that less than one year after release, PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor licenses for more than 1,000,000 phones have been issued to Avaya customers worldwide.

This total includes both 250 phone entitlement licenses and enterprise-wide VoIP Monitor Plus licenses.

John Dunne, Strategic Marketing Manager at Integrated Research said that early adopters were recognizing the value of VoIP monitoring. “What we're seeing more and more is that customers downloading trial and entitlement licenses are purchasing VoIP Monitor Plus to monitor voice quality across their whole environment.

“With VoIP Monitor Plus we've also opened up to customers detailed configuration, status and performance information for their entire IP telephony network. For most customers, insight and visibility across multiple PBXs and trunks enables them to manage their environment with more confidence.”
