Download Instructions

		Click the above Download button and choose to save the file to your local drive. The file is approximately 70Mb. The download may take several minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
		To run, double-click the Prognosis VoIP Monitor installation file on your local drive.
		Depending on your security settings, you may be asked to accept security messages. Click yes to accept content from Integrated Research and continue with the installation.
		Follow the instructions in the Install and Configuration Guide available on the right to complete the installation.

Got maintenance? You're entitled to a free upgrade to Prognosis VoIP Monitor 4.

No maintenance? A small upgrade fee will be charged.

Request a Prognosis VoIP Monitor license. As Prognosis VoIP Monitor 4 is the first product built on the new Prognosis architecture it requires a new license, and no existing data will be migrated. After installation and configuration, Prognosis will automatically populate displays in real time, and start collecting data for reports.
