Prognosis VoIP Monitor now licensed to monitor more than five million phones
Sydney, Australia, 3 August 2011 - Integrated Research (IR) today announced that licenses issued for its VoIP management solution for Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager – Prognosis® VoIP Monitor, have exceeded 5 million.
Prognosis VoIP Monitor manages and reports on voice quality, availability and VoIP performance and provides configuration, status and metrics for service level measurement. This enables administrators to identify and resolve issues and avoid the risk of VoIP service degradation or outages.
