To take advantage of the new multi-vendor capabilities, Prognosis First Responder iOS App and brand new HTML user interface you will need a new Prognosis VoIP Monitor 4 license.

Prognosis VoIP Monitor Plus - with maintenance
If you have purchased Prognosis VoIP Monitor version 3.0 or 3.2 with maintenance you are entitled to a free upgrade to version 4.Please complete the form and a new license will be emailed to you.

Prognosis VoIP Monitor Plus - without maintenance
If you have purchased Prognosis VoIP Monitor version 3.0 or 3.2 without maintenance, a fee will apply to upgrade to version 4. Please complete the form and you will be contacted shortly.

Note: As Prognosis VoIP Monitor 4 is the first product built on the new Prognosis architecture it requires a new license, and no existing data will be migrated. After installation and configuration, Prognosis will automatically populate displays in real time, and start collecting data for reports.

The issue of any Prognosis VoIP Monitor license is at the sole discretion of Integrated Research.

To ensure you received your upgrade license, please check all details are valid and correct. You must use a corporate email address, license will not be issued to cloud based email solutions such as Google Gmail, Yahoo mail and Hotmail.
